Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

  • We do not offer same-day shipping.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-sale/pre-order items).

  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and most countries.

Shipping Options

48 Contiguous States:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Ground: 1-7 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays), no guaranteed delivery date.

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

Hawaii & Alaska:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-7 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 7-10 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

Canada:

  • USPS International Priority Mail: 7-10 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • USPS International Express Mail: 3-5 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

Countries Outside the US:

  • USPS International Priority Mail: 7-10 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • USPS International Express Mail: 3-5 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

  • FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days, no guaranteed delivery date.

Cancelling and Modifying Orders

To Cancel an Order:

  • Email us at info@ourspirits.com with your order number before the order is shipped.

To Modify an Order:

  • We cannot make changes once an order is placed. You need to cancel the order and place a new one.

Combining Orders:

  • We cannot combine multiple orders to ship together.

If You Did Not Receive Your Order

  • Contact us at info@ourspirits.com if you did not receive your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refused and undeliverable packages or incorrect addresses.

If Your Order Is Incomplete or Damaged

  • Contact us immediately at info@ourspirits.com if an item is missing or damaged.

  • Keep the packaging. You may need to fill out a claim form and provide photos.

Cancelling a Pre-Order Item

  • To cancel a pre-order, do so on or before the deadline.

  • Cancelling after the deadline may result in a 10% cancellation fee.

Order Modifications, Holds, or Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.

  • We may limit or cancel orders based on customer account, credit card, billing/shipping address, or discount code.

  • We will notify you via email or phone if we make changes to your order.

  • We may limit or prohibit orders from dealers, resellers, or distributors.
